Salary: £47,500 + pension, bonus, private health insurance, generous leave & benefits

Hybrid – based at The Retrofit Academy, Dunston Business Village, Stafford (with flexible/remote arrangements considered)

The Retrofit Academy CIC is the driving force in retrofit training across the UK – and we’re looking for a Quality & Delivery Manager to lead on quality assurance, innovation, and continuous improvement.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the standards of retrofit training while contributing to the UK’s journey to net zero.

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience leading and managing quality assurance processes in training/education
• Strong knowledge of awarding body & regulatory requirements (Ofqual, Ofsted, ESFA, DESNZ)
• Experience implementing SARs & QIPs with measurable impact on learner outcomes
• Strong leadership & people management skills, with experience supporting IQAs, assessors, or trainers
• Excellent data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills

What you’ll do

• Lead quality assurance, compliance, and continuous improvement across training delivery
• Manage and mentor IQAs and assessors, ensuring best practice and high standards
• Oversee regulatory compliance, inspections, and audits with awarding bodies and Ofsted
• Drive innovation in training delivery, including digital tools and blended learning approaches
• Build strong relationships with partners, regulators, and stakeholders across the sector
• Play a key role in training 200,000 retrofitters by 2030
