Spinwell is recruiting for a Quality Manager for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.

This team is part of a strategic programme responsible for implementing a complex, innovative supply chain management system for a broad range of commodities. These include medical devices, pharmaceuticals, oils, fuels, and various commercial off-the-shelf products such as clothing and electronics. Selected delivery partners will manage all aspects of the supply chain, including sourcing, procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution—both domestically and internationally—across multiple transport modes (road, rail, sea, and air).

This role supports activities during the Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) and Invitation to Tender (ITT) phases. In addition to quality management responsibilities, the Quality Manager will assist with commercial arrangements and respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) from industry stakeholders. Continued specialist support is expected beyond the current financial year, with an in-service date targeted for 2028.

This is a senior-level role requiring a candidate with adaptability, strategic thinking, and the ability to work with novel approaches in a complex programme environment. While hybrid working is supported, regular on-site presence at is required.
