From our commitment to zero-carbon flight****(****)**** to****,****.****Due to new projects, we are looking for a Quality Manager to join the Portsmouth team, the team is international, welcoming, knowledge sharing and supportive.As a key member of the team, you will be working with the very latest communication technology, supporting the team to meet aggressive deadlines, challenging them to find better ways and liaising directly with the customer; feeding back and implementing improvement suggestions. Some stakeholders will require coaching on the importance and consequences of processes. As a team player, there is full scope to develop and mould both your role and the team’s working methods in a fast-changing business environment.****HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM******With training, you will:*** Develop a Quality Assurance Plan for projects developing new products and services.* Ensure Quality Control Activities are planned and performed by the responsible people.* Execute Supplier audits and support First Article Inspection (FAI).* Promote preventative culture with the business.* Perform process audits.* Ensure governance principles are adhered to* Monitor/chair maturity gates****ABOUT YOU***** Knowledge of Quality Assurance processes, techniques and standards* Broad technical knowledge (software, electronics, Information Technology)* Communication, persuasion, team working and customer service skillsNo worries!
