As a Quality Manager – Supply Chain, within the Transmissions & Mechanical Parts Centre of Excellence (TCE) department, you will work closely with supply chain engineers to ensure quality control, quality system & regulatory requirements are met and to drive excellence in quality assurance at Leonardo.

This role will present you with a diverse range of tasks and, as the key point of contact for quality issues in the department, the platform to liaise across operations, customers and suppliers to manage a variety of quality issues to meet customer requirements.

What you will do as Quality Manager - Supply Chain

What you’ll bring

• A minimum of a degree in Engineering, material science discipline or equivalent experience

• Knowledge of Aerospace or Engineering Manufacture, including special process

• Knowledge of quality systems activities, concessions, First Article Inspection (FAI), First Article Inspection Report (FAIR) and experience in concession process for both civil (electronic) and military

• Excellent organizational skills to manage conflicting requirements and multiple projects

• To be able to plan your own diary and be flexible to change if issues arise

• Willingness to be flexible and work on cross department projects and initiatives

Full driving license required as travel to suppliers by car will be needed.
