And our expertise covers a vast array of products including equities, commodities, credit, futures and foreign exchange (FX).**Your time here will look something like this.**Our placements run from three to six months with flexibility on start dates. We're committed to teaching you the ropes. As an incoming placement analyst, you will be placed in Quantitative Analysis, Structuring, or Exotics Trading. Here, new insights from the worlds of finance and academia drive innovation and excellence in mathematical and quantitative trading. Working alongside our experienced professionals, incoming analysts will have the opportunity to actively participate and develop their skills in the above areas. At the end of your placement, successful analysts will be considered for a place on a full-time program.**What you’ll do*** We'll empower you to create, implement, and manage the mathematical models that drive our success within the Markets business.* We'll offer you the opportunity to price, trade, and manage the risk associated with our diverse range of market products.* We'll enable you to collaborate with traders and salespeople in technical product areas, providing crucial assistance in addressing client needs.* We'll support your innovation by encouraging you to develop new products that align with our firm's risk framework.* We'll give you the platform to market new products to salespeople and occasionally assist in presenting these solutions directly to clients.* We'll give you the opportunity to respond to client-specific requests for product solutions, leveraging your expertise and creativity.**What we’ll need from you**You are interested in Markets, and you're determined to succeed in the field.
