Who We’re Seeking

• Quantitative Development (QD)
• Quantitative Research (QR)
• Quantitative Trading (QT)
• Those with a proven track record in HFT environments, or deep expertise in ultra-low latency strategies

We seek driven individuals who understand the importance of mathematical rigour, coding excellence, and real-time problem solving.

Key Requirements

• In-depth quantitative skills (Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering or related fields)
• Advanced programming ability using Python, C++, or similar, with experience deploying code for high-frequency electronic trading
• Prior experience handling large, high-frequency datasets or developing ultra-fast models and trading algorithms
• Comprehensive understanding of market microstructure, risk modelling, and strategies tailored for split-second trading decisions
• Strong ownership mentality, comfortable working in high-pressure settings where timing is critical
