Quantity Surveyor - Civils & Rail - West London

SSA are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join an expanding Civil Engineering & Rail contractor based in West London. This role will see the successful Quantity Surveyor within a small team, looking after M&E and civil infrastructure upgrade projects across London & South-East. These will consist of a mix of NEC and Bespoke contracts, with projects ranging from £1m - £25m.

Responsibilities

• Preparing reports regarding projected costs for internal teams and client
• Ensure contractual procedures are adhered to
• Accurate cost forecasting
• Perform risk, value management and cost control
• Value completed work and arrange payments and issue applications for payments to clients
• Assisting with final accounts

Qualifications

• Essential: Experience within the rail or civil engineering industry
