About the Company

An award-winning Quantity Surveying consultancy with offices across the country is looking to add an ambitious and personable Quantity Surveyor to their team in Surrey. The company covers a range of projects including Education, Healthcare, Residential, Retail, Leisure and Commercial, with a strong growth pipeline.

Role and Responsibilities

• Work on projects primarily in Healthcare (private and public), Higher Education and Retail, ranging from £1m to £25m
• Manage projects throughout their lifecycle, undertaking both pre- and post-contract duties
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success and maintain a high standard of delivery
• Run projects from concept to completion
• Pre- and post-contract management
• Produce cost estimates and reports
• Advise on procurement strategies
• Manage project budgets and timelines

Requirements

• BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying or RICS-accredited degree
• MRICS (preferably)
• Experience within the built environment
• Experience within a private practice / consultancy
• Strong pre- and post-contract knowledge
