Spencer & James are recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to support Senior Quantity Surveyor on one of London's highest profile Repairs & Void Maintenance contracts in South London.Youll play a key role in managing commercial performance, overseeing a Commercial Assistant, and ensuring cost-effective delivery.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Manage CVRs, VCRs & client applications
• Track project costs, valuations & cash flow
• Support final account settlements
• Oversee subcontract procurement & valuations
• Contribute to profit planning & reporting

What Were Looking For:

• 3+ years as a Quantity Surveyor/ Assistant Quantity Surveyor in responsive/voids social housing maintenance sector.
• Strong knowledge of SOR codes & PPP/PPV contracts
• Confident with cost reporting & subcontract management
