Marsh is seeking an experienced and talented individual to join our Power and Renewables team. The successful candidate will understand the power and renewables risk landscape, including financing models, complex contracting environments, regulatory regimes, climate risks, and supply chain exposures.

Responsibilities:

• Understand power and renewable clients' strategic business priorities, risk strategies, and risk management needs, and provide advice accordingly.
• Drive growth initiatives, including suggesting and building innovative solutions for new clients and new projects.
• Work closely with colleagues to deliver renewal and placement strategies.
• Conduct market negotiations and provide informed advice to clients.

Requirements:

• Power and Renewables experience, including construction and operational risks.
• Client and/or market-facing experience.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrates integrity and collaborates effectively with others.
