About The Role

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated React Developer to join our growing development team. In this role, you will implement user interface components using React concepts and technologies, including Zustand and Tanstack Query. You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. Our developers take pride in producing clean, tested, beautiful code. Engineers are encouraged to take responsibility for solving problems and collaborating with stakeholders to design and implement new features. You will be supported to continue your professional development with an annual conference allowance, a generous learning budget, and regular development goal sessions.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Collaborating with designers and other developers to build websites from specifications produced in Figma.
  • Creating visually appealing experiences using frontend applications.
  • Designing and consuming REST APIs and web-socket solutions to deliver application components.
  • Performing testing and quality assurance across browsers and devices to ensure compatibility and responsiveness.
  • Mentoring other team members and sharing knowledge to improve the team's capabilities.
  • Maintaining code quality by writing comprehensive tests and participating in code reviews.

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Experience with state management tools (Redux, Jotai, or Zustand).
  • Experience with React/Tanstack Query, RTK Query, SWR.
  • Minimum 3 years of Front End development experience.
  • Familiarity with modern application architecture and design patterns.
  • Understanding of the full software development lifecycle.
  • Strong computer science fundamentals and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to teammates and stakeholders.
  • Passionate about testing, rapid iteration, and collaborative problem solving (e2e, unit, and integration tests).
  • Knowledge of modern frontend testing tools (Playwright, Vitest, React Testing Library).

Bonus Points

  • Interest in data visualization and transforming complex data into intuitive visuals.
  • Skills in UX/UI design, with attention to user journeys.
  • Experience working within a monorepo.
  • Experience with just-in-time CSS compilation tools (e.g., pandaCSS).

  • Introductory Call – A short Teams conversation with a Talent Partner.
  • Hiring Manager Interview – 30–45 minute Teams interview to assess fit.
  • Technical Task or Presentation – A role-relevant exercise.
  • Final On-site Interview – In-person meeting with senior leadership.
