Job Description

You'll be involved in:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of finance documentation
  • Advising clients strategically across all stages of transactions
  • Managing deal execution and coordinating with specialist and local counsel
  • Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to thought leadership
  • Supervising junior team members and collaborating across practice areas

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong technical knowledge of real estate finance and/or corporate lending
  • Commercially minded with excellent drafting and communication skills
  • Able to manage multiple transactions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
  • Comfortable working with international clients and cross-border matters
