The Firm and Role

• This well-established firm is recognised across the South East for excellence in real estate work, competing directly with national firms while retaining a friendly, partner-led culture.
• With a client base spanning major lenders, developers, and investors, the team handles a wide range of transactions including: Investment and development financing; Acquisition finance and refinancing; Secured lending and security structuring; Intercreditor arrangements and syndications
• You’ll play a key role in business development, contributing to the firm’s growth while developing your own profile in the market.

The Ideal Candidate

• You must be an experienced Property Finance / Real Estate Finance Solicitor with 2+ years PQE
• Solid experience acting for lenders and/or borrowers in finance transactions.
• Strong technical knowledge, excellent drafting skills, and commercial awareness.
• Confident in building client relationships and keen to take on business development.
• Collaborative, ambitious, and eager to progress in a Legal 500 ranked team.
