Summary: As a Real Estate Investor Relations/Product Analyst you will be responsible for supporting the fundraising and investor relations activities for the Real Estate platform, collaborating with Sales, Investments, and Product teams to drive capital formation and client engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the delivery of fundraising efforts globally for the EMEA Real Estate investment platform.
  • Supporting the development of real estate fund marketing plans, working with Sales, Investments and Product teams globally.
  • Driving analysis and documentation related to the sales strategy and capital raising for Real Estate, including fund marketing, SMAs and co-investment syndication.
  • Developing strong relationships with internal distribution partners.
  • Coordinating delivery of specialist investment content for RFP and DDQ activities for Real Estate.
  • Supporting the broader DWS sales team with specialist Real Estate sales support.
  • Collaborating with Product Specialists, Research and Investment Managers to convert sales opportunities into AUM flows.
  • Supporting broader Investor Relations activities, including LP Advisory Committee meetings and LP engagement (Fund AGMs and annual Investor Conferences).

We Are Looking For

  • Sound knowledge/experience within the Real Estate investment industry, including valuations, underwriting and due diligence processes.
  • Experience in, or working closely with Investor Relations, Client Relationship Management and/or Investment Marketing is advantageous.
  • Experience using Real Estate subject matter expertise to contribute to the production of specialist investment content for RFP and DDQ activity to support capital formation strategies.
  • Strong networking skills and a proactive approach to working with colleagues across the business, capable of working autonomously.
  • Highly structured with project management and strong analytical skills using Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Educated to degree level in a relevant financial field or with relevant industry experience.
