Real Estate Legal Director – Birmingham International Law Firm | £85,000 – £103,000 + Bonus | Hybrid (1–2 days in office)

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Senior Associate ready to take the next step into a Legal Director position at a leading international law firm.

You’ll be joining a highly regarded Real Estate team that works on high-value investment, development, finance, acquisitions, disposals, and asset management transactions — including London city deals and complex portfolio work.

The Role You will be working closely with an experienced Real Estate Partner, playing a key role in driving growth, innovation, and client development across the team. This position has arisen due to a gap in the team, meaning you’ll walk straight into a live caseload and established client relationships from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a high-quality caseload across investment, development, finance, acquisitions, disposals, and asset management.
• Working alongside the Real Estate Partner to develop client relationships and support team growth.
• Supervising and mentoring junior members of the team.
• Leading on complex high-value investment and portfolio transactions.
• Supporting London City and regional clients across multiple sectors.
• What You’ll Bring 7+ PQE with strong technical experience in real estate and commercial property.
• Proven ability to manage complex transactions with minimal supervision.
• Strong client management skills and a collaborative working style.
• Ambition to progress into partnership within a top-tier, international environment.
