The Role

This position offers the chance to work on high-profile, often cross-border mandates, providing strategic and commercially driven advice. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing client relationships, supervising junior team members, and contributing to the continued growth of the practice.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading on landlord and tenant matters, including lease negotiations, renewals, and terminations
  • Advising on acquisitions, disposals, and development projects
  • Drafting and negotiating leases, licences, development agreements, and related contracts
  • Coordinating with colleagues across practice areas and international offices on complex, multi-disciplinary matters
  • Driving business development initiatives and mentoring junior lawyers

The Candidate

  • Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 4+ years’ PQE in real estate
  • Strong technical expertise in landlord and tenant and asset management work
  • Proven ability to manage complex matters and deliver high-quality results
  • Excellent client relationship skills with a commercial, solutions-focused approach
  • Experience mentoring or supervising junior team members
