The UK real estate team has transacted across various asset classes including retail, supermarkets, offices, serviced apartments and hotels.

Role Description

An opportunity to work within the UK real estate team reporting to the UK heads.

This is a full-time role for a recently MRICS qualified commercial surveyor, located in London with some remote working, and with potential travel within the UK and Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Underwriting and financial analysis of potential real estate investments
• Undertaking sector and market research to identify investment opportunities
• Assisting in underwriting and due diligence through the acquisition process
• Conducting asset tours and inspections
• Preparation of presentations and reporting for internal and external use

Qualifications

• Approximately 2 years of relevant experience in real estate asset investments, private equity, lending, investment banking or property agency
• Strong understanding of real estate acquisition principles
• Experience in financial modelling using Excel and understanding of valuation techniques
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Advanced user in Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently and in a team with reliability and strong attention to detail in numerical work and presentations
• Fluency in English; ability to speak French or another European language is beneficial
• You must have unrestricted rights to work in the UK
