Overview

Sapochetti Brands, parent company of eight individual ventures and a scaled investment portfolio, is seeking a Records Associate who can assist our Assistant Director of Reporting.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing data from various sources
• Creating spreadsheets, pinboards, pivottables, and slidedecks
• Sourcing relevant market data from online, public sources, to compare to company records
• Identifying errors in files and creating Summary Reports

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2 to 4 years of work experience in any field, preferably in customer or client facing roles
• Any other training, education or experience
• Basic General Tech Knowledge
• Ability to, with or without optional unpaid training, pass an Excel and JamB assessment prior to beginning work
• Ability to type at least 30 WPM
• Access to personal/professional computer
• Position can be hybrid, remote, or in the office, which will be determined with the candidate at a later stage

Compensation & Schedule

The compensation range for this position is $18.00 to $21.75 per hour, or can be completed as an academic or career internship. The role is part-time, W2 employee status, with estimated 6-10 hours per week. Hours will be scheduled based on the employee’s availability and the needs of the business in a given week.
