What you’ll do:
- Support the full-cycle recruitment process for bilingual French-English roles in a dynamic Edinburgh-based environment.
- Manage multiple recruitment projects, ensuring timely placements and client satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for roles requiring bilingual skills across various departments.
- Screen, interview, and engage candidates, emphasizing efficiency and quality throughout the process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen recruitment strategies, ensuring process excellence and proactive communication.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers, acting as a trusted partner throughout the hiring journey.
- Support regional and global talent initiatives, aligning with company standards and recruitment best practices.
- Attend the Edinburgh office three times a week to connect with the team and candidates in person.
You’ll bring:
- Proven experience in bilingual recruitment (French-English), ideally within a multinational or diverse environment.
- Ability to effectively communicate in both French and English, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- A proactive, adaptable attitude with a focus on delivering results and driving the recruitment process forward.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment (office in Edinburgh 3 times a week).
- Preferred: experience recruiting in the UK or European markets.
