The Role
Our role will give you the opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future workforce for a variety of our clients.
As an Early Careers & Campus Recruiter you'll be responsible for coordinating and managing the end-to-end candidate selection process, from campus outreach to final offers. Leveraging your skills in relationship-building and process management, you'll collaborate with educational institutions, organise campus recruitment events, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and support candidates throughout their hiring journey . Your efforts will ensure a seamless and positive experience for all Early Career candidates, aligning with each client's unique values and strategic goals.
Key Accountabilities
Client Stakeholder Relationships
- Build and maintain trusted partnerships with hiring managers by providing expert guidance on the end-to-end campus recruitment process.
- Advise stakeholders on attraction strategies and recruitment timelines, aligning with market demands and client expectations.
- Collaborate with Team Leads, Client Services Managers, and Heads of Early Careers to align strategic direction and ensure service satisfaction.
- Attend regular stakeholder meetings to strengthen engagement and foster alignment.
Internal Stakeholder Collaboration
- Monitor recruitment funnel metrics with offshore teams to preempt and resolve bottlenecks.
- Partner with CoE teams to ensure seamless client and candidate experiences.
- Coach and support Coordinators, sharing best practices and client-specific insights.
- Serve as the key contact for Client Services Managers reporting, including governance and ad hoc data needs.
Recruitment Delivery
- Ensure recruitment delivery meets contractual obligations and SLAs.
- Lead vacancy intake discussions, develop recruitment plans, and document agreed actions.
- Partner with campus recruitment teams to deliver high-quality candidate shortlists through to Assessment Centre.
- Manage an exceptional candidate experience from initial assessment to onboarding.
- Lead offer and calibration discussions, supporting hiring decisions and offer negotiations.
- Proactively identify and address stakeholder concerns, escalating when appropriate.
Technology and Compliance
- Maintain real-time updates across ATS (Workday).
- Identify and flag scope creep to support contractual management.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and risk frameworks.
- Monitor and document compliance risks and mitigation actions in line with AMS policy.
Skills & Experience
Critical Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Experience of end-to-end recruitment delivery with preferred expertise in early careers and campus
- Understanding of campus marketing and attraction strategies (e.g. events, networking, social media and university relations)
- Experience of using recruitment technology
- An awareness and basic understanding of the need for compliance and legislation
Desired Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Experience of working within a highly complex or matrixed organisation
- Experience of working with remote teams
- Experience of using databases
- Demonstrate interest in learning about the broader market, industry to be able to build network and provide great market insights to client and different workstreams
- Understanding of legislation affecting area of work (e.g. age discrimination, employment risks for contractors, OFCCP)
