Recruiter – Hybrid Working - Working in London 2/3 days per week

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Hospitality Recruiter to help us attract, engage, and hire the best talent in catering and hospitality. If you thrive in a fast-paced, people-first environment and know how to match the right person with the right role, we’d love to hear from you!

This is a Monday to Friday, hybrid role, with a mix of home-based and office working.

The salary is £35,000 - £45,000 dependent on experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of operational, hospitality and culinary roles
• Partner with hiring managers to deliver seamless recruitment solutions
• Build strong talent pipelines for key catering & hospitality positions
• Own direct sourcing strategies and reduce agency reliance
• Use data to track success and continuously improve recruitment processes
• Effectively use Excel to manage and update recruitment tracking
• Act as an ambassador for our employer brand and candidate experience

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years’ recruitment experience, ideally in-house
• Background in hospitality or catering recruitment strongly preferred
• Confident managing end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced environment
• Skilled in sourcing, interviewing, and building strong stakeholder relationships
• Knowledge of recruitment systems and current market trends
• Passionate about delivering a great candidate and hiring manager experience
