As a Recruitment Administrator, you'll play a key role in helping us attract and hire talent across the organisation, from entry-level roles to our Executive Board. You'll be part of a collaborative, hybrid-working team that values inclusion, flexibility, and continuous improvement.

What will I be doing?

Managing the recruitment inbox and responding to queries

Coordinating interviews and selection events

Maintaining recruitment trackers and producing reports

Supporting with CV sourcing, telephone screening, and internal recruitment

Handling admin tasks like purchase orders and supplier liaiso

What do I need to succeed?

Experience in a customer-facing or admin role

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent attention to detail and process accuracy

Confidence using Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook, Word)

A proactive mindset and interest in HR or recruitment
