Sefton Council is looking for two proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Advisers to join our evolving Recruitment Team within Corporate Personnel.
About The Role: As a Recruitment Adviser, you'll play a key role in supporting managers and candidates through every stage of the recruitment journey. From maintaining accurate records and systems to ensuring compliance with policies and promoting best practice, your work will directly impact the quality and efficiency of our recruitment service.
You'll work closely with services, schools, and commercial customers, helping to deliver high-quality outcomes and a positive candidate experience. You'll also contribute to operational meetings, share ideas, and help shape new initiatives to improve service delivery.
