Job Role: Recruitment Advisor - Kent and Sussex region

Location: Home based with travel to sites within Kent and Sussex

Salary: £38,333.37

Contract: 12 Month FTC Maternity Cover

We are seeking a dedicated Recruitment Advisor for the Kent and Sussex region to join GFSL on a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.

As a Recruitment Advisor, you will work alongside experienced colleagues across Payroll, Attract, Projects, Finance, Commercial & Supply Chain, and others, all dedicated to making a positive difference and providing a secure environment.

GFSL is a Ministry of Justice business providing critical, time-bound services to HMPPS. We seek an Accounts Payable Supervisor with experience in:

• Recruitment industry, agency industry, or agency management
• Large, multi-site FM service delivery
• Public sector recruitment principles
• Coaching, mentoring, influencing upwards
• Level 3 HR or Recruitment/CIPD qualification
