We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Recruitment and Analysis Consultant to play a pivotal role in driving talent acquisition efforts and enhancing our organisation’s capability. This role will serve as a trusted partner to hiring managers, providing expert guidance across all aspects of the recruitment process, from position management and attraction strategies to compliance with employment legislation and SBC policies.The role holder will be experienced in collating and interpreting performance data and MI, with the ability to both present findings to Senior Leadership and identify areas of improvement for both perm and interim postings, alongside bringing real insight into the effectiveness of the recruitment strategy, changing practice as necessary to improve performance.Exceptional communication, organisational, and relationship management skills are essential to succeed in this role, as is the ability to adapt to changing market conditions while maintaining a high standard of service delivery. Annual increments, where applicable, are usually payable on 1st April each year, subject to six months service in the post, until the maximum spinal column point of the level has been reached.
