About This Opportunity


This role is based within the Recruitment Team supporting the recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates within Care Services. The role aims to ensure the Service has a skilled workforce that meets the needs of the people of Cumbria.


Responsibilities include providing generalist recruitment and onboarding support to facilitate timely, welcoming, and compliant appointments, and ensuring a smooth transition from candidate to employee.
