They primarily work on a retained basis with manufacturing and engineering clients within East Yorkshire and Humberside. They operate with a unique approach, avoiding cold calling, and providing true executive search consultancy services in partnership with clients.

The Directors are hands-on and actively engaged with their clients. There is potential for the right individual to progress into a Directorship role.

The role involves managing a team of 2, with live briefs, a supportive culture, autonomy, and training bursaries of £2,000. The compensation package includes a generous quarterly commission structure, both personal and team-based.
