What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing live search mandates across software, automation, embedded systems, AI/ML, and advanced engineering
• Sourcing and qualifying candidates through tailored research, outreach, and networking
• Liaising with clients to understand strategic hiring needs and translate them into delivery plans
• Developing specialist market knowledge and becoming the go-to in your niche
• Option to move into full 360 sales and business development once you’re ready

Who They’re Looking For

• Experience in recruitment preferred (any sector), but they’ll also consider graduates or commercial sales backgrounds
• Strong communicator with a commercial mindset and high drive
• Interest in technology and innovation – no need to be an engineer, but you’ll need curiosity
• Confident managing candidate relationships and client conversations
• Motivated to become a trusted specialist in a fast‑moving sector
