Recruitment Consultant - 270 - (GTM) role. Hybrid - 3 days a week in the office, Manchester (City Centre). The sector is GTM, but you can come from any vertical where you need to identify and headhunt passive, niche talent, ideally on an international basis. We are looking to speak to Recruiters with 1yrs+ experience from either a 360 or Delivery background to join an award-winning GTM Agency as a 270 Consultant - Account Manager - Delivery Consultant. They pride themselves on having a mature environment where people have fun and work hard. They are not a KPI house but instead look at how they can develop consultants to consistently deliver through a quality approach that is customer and client-centric.

Here’s the important stuff first;

• Basic for the role is to £50k.
• The role will require someone who can think strategically about candidate generation and has a persistent mindset to find new candidates in GTM, SaaS Sales etc.
• There’s no BD with the role, it’s a pure delivery in an agency with a great environment with NO micro-management.
• Office Manchester.
• Average fee is £22k.
• They place senior/leadership into VC-backed Software companies.

You’ll be;

• Proactive and able to headhunt passive, highly qualified candidates on a global basis.
• Confident with people and comfortable on the phone.
• Curious, willing to learn, and not afraid to ask questions.
• Independent and able to make your own decisions.
• Motivated to get results (find candidates, make placements, make money).

You'll have the following experience/qualities;

• 1-3 yrs of recruitment experience, you can come from any vertical where you need to identify and headhunt passive, niche talent, ideally on an international basis.
• Great candidate sourcing skills through mediums like LinkedIn, internal CRM and job boards.
• Ability to qualify candidates against complex job specs.
• Proactive approach to managing a seamless candidate experience.
