What You’ll Be Doing

• Driving business growth – Building and nurturing strong relationships with schools
• Recruiting top talent – Sourcing and placing exceptional educators into fantastic roles
• Achieving and exceeding targets – Taking full ownership of your KPIs and hitting them consistently
• Managing your pipeline – Developing new client opportunities and expanding your book of business
• Using cutting-edge tools – Leveraging CRM and sales systems to maximise efficiency and impact
• Owning your desk – Building relationships, securing repeat business, and becoming a trusted partner to clients and candidates
• Flexible start times – Choose your start time between 7:15am and 9:00am to suit term-time schedules
