Recruitment Consultant – Engineering / Technical – Manchester. Location: Manchester (4 days in the office, 1 day remote). Type: Permanent, Full-Time.

• Strong billings or client wins
• A defined market niche or technical specialism
• Clear understanding of your market and motivation

Both permanent and contract recruitment experience are valued, and they’re open to consultants who operate a dual desk.

Who We’re Looking For

You’ll fit in well if you’re:

• A proven recruiter within Engineering, Manufacturing, or Technical markets
• Focused, consistent, and commercially aware
• Interested in developing your niche and building client partnerships
• Looking for progression, improved commissions, or a business with better balance and culture
• Able to demonstrate solid career history and clear reasons for moving

Business developers, resourcers, and billing leaders are all encouraged to apply.
