We’re looking for a competent recruitment consultant ready to elevate their career within a booming niche market. In this 360 recruitment role you will be responsible for matching exceptional Health & Safety talent with leading brands across the Construction Civils sector across the UK. You will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with senior stakeholders, including Global Safety Directors, and develop accounts.

Responsibilities

• Match Health & Safety talent with leading brands in Construction Civils.
• Identify new business opportunities and build client relationships.
• Leverage client portfolio for account development.
• Work permanent assignments across the UK in a high‑risk, fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Health & Safety recruitment experience (highly advantageous).
• Recruitment sector expertise in any Construction subsector.
• Solid search process and ability to work 360 recruitment.
