Type: Full-time, Permanent

Hybrid: WFH Friday

At Camino Partners, we specialise in placing top-tier operations, HR, finance, marketing, and L&D talent into the UK’s most exciting and high-growth recruitment businesses. We’re looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our HR & Operations team.

What You’ll Do:

• Source and engage top HR & Ops candidates across the market
• Advise and guide candidates through the full interview process
• Coordinate interviews and manage ongoing client and candidate communication
• Build relationships with clients and generate new business leads
• Conduct references to qualify talent and create opportunities
• Maintain and grow a strong talent pipeline using market intelligence and data

• Strong business development skills and confidence in generating new leads
• A track record of breaking into and building relationships with new clients
• Commercially minded with the ability to spot and act on opportunities
• Driven, ambitious, and motivated by results
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
