Pay Range

£26,000 - £35,000 per annum + uncapped bonus

What You’ll Be Doing

• Business Development: Build and grow your client base through proactive outreach and networking.
• Client Engagement: Meet clients face-to-face to understand their needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Talent Sourcing: Use your creativity and network to find top-tier candidates.
• Relationship Management: Be the trusted advisor for both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
• Performance Driven: Hit your KPIs and celebrate your wins with a team that recognises your impact.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in Recruitment– ideally within sales or a fast-paced sector.
• Resilience & Drive– motivated by success and not afraid of a challenge.
• Strong Communicator– confident in building relationships and influencing outcomes.
• Hybrid Flexibility– after training, work 3/4 days in the office and 1/2 from home.
