We are looking for a Permanent Recruitment Consultant to enhance our team. This pivotal role is suited to a professional who excels in forming strong, lasting relationships and is adept at both networking and successfully filling vacancies in high-end markets. We offer a flexible hybrid working model, operating on a 2, 2, 1 rotation—two days in the office, two days remote, and one day with clients.
Responsibilities
- Forge and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Proactively network within the industry to uncover new business opportunities and expand our client base.
- Manage the full recruitment process, from initial client consultation to candidate placement, ensuring a high level of service throughout.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to attract and retain top talent in the luxury sector.
- Work closely with our marketing team to enhance brand presence at industry events and on social media platforms.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within luxury, technical or specialised sectors.
- Drivers license and willingness to visit customers
- Exceptional ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong networking skills with a track record of effectively winning and filling vacancies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
- A proactive and motivated approach, with a commitment to delivering high standards of service.
