Role Overview
As a Recruitment Consultant specialising in the engineering sector, you'll play a key role in sourcing, engaging, and placing top engineering talent with leading organisations. This remote role requires someone with a passion for building relationships, a deep understanding of the engineering industry, and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and business goals.
- Source high-caliber engineering candidates using tools such as LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations. Build a strong pipeline of engineering talent to meet client demands.
- Stay informed on industry trends, market changes, and emerging technologies in the engineering sector.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team recruitment targets.
- Keep the applicant tracking system updated with accurate candidate and client data.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the engineering or technical sectors.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and candidates.
- Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools and platforms, such as Vincere systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards.
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving goals and delivering value to clients.
- Preferred: A background in engineering or experience recruiting for engineering roles. Knowledge of engineering markets and talent trends.
