A fast growing successful recruitment agency specialising in IT, SAAS and Sales hires are seeking to add experienced sales recruiters to their team. The company are very forward thinking and also own an events business which fuels significant interest in their services as well as their standard recruitment model and allows them a lot of face to face interactions with clients. They are expanding internationally too in several locations, so it is a very exciting time to join! This is a 360 Perm Recruitment Consultant - hiring sales and GTM roles into Saas/Cyber/Regtech and Fintech markets. You will account manage existing clients and dormant clients as well as doing Business Development.

The Requirements
- You will most likely have at least 2 years non tech recruitment experience in a relevant field doing perm hires in a contingent market (Ideally you will have recruited sales professionals in the past)
- Must be coming from an agency background not from an inhouse role
- Must be a passionate recruiter, still loving recruitment
- Hard working mentality
- Wanting to develop, continually learn and progress. Open to learning, good listening, takes feedback well, wants to push themselves
- Commutable to Liverpool Street
- Good at face to face communication as well as verbal and written
