Overview

Recruitment Consultant / Senior Recruitment Consultant / Team Leader – Lancaster Based. Hybrid role based in Lancaster, with two days from home per week. We work with major brands in digital and ecommerce and offer uncapped commission and ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Cold call clients to secure business and develop relationships over time.
• Schedule meetings via video and in person.
• Source candidates by building strong searching techniques across platforms for the digital sector.
• Qualify candidates through effective questioning.
• Match candidates and clients by understanding the needs of both and building relationships.
• Negotiate, influence, and persuade to achieve the best outcomes.
• Write compelling sales-copy and understand basics of content marketing.

Qualifications

• Ideally previous experience within recruitment or sales experience.
• Open to candidates with strong desire to work in recruitment; full training provided by industry-leading trainers on start date.
