360 Construction Trades Recruiter - Blue & White Collar

Location: Solihull Out & about 3 days a week | Base: £30K + Car Allowance + Uncapped Commission + Free Parking

We're looking for a 360 Trades Recruiter who's not afraid to get out there, build relationships, and make things happen. You'll be out on site, in front of clients, and closing deals — because you know recruitment isn't a desk job; it's a people business.

What You'll Be Doing

• On the road 3 days a week - visiting sites, catching up with clients, and spotting your next big opportunity.
• Full 360 role - business development, sourcing, placements, and account management.
• Building solid, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Managing your own patch, your way — with full backing from a team that gets it

What You'll Bring

• Solid 360 recruitment experience (trades, construction, or industrial sector ideally).
• Confident, hungry, and naturally great with people.
• A self-starter who knows how to build, bill, and grow.
• Full UK driving licence (you'll be out there meeting people, not stuck behind a screen)

Starter deal

• Zero threshold for your first 6 months
• 10% commission for your first 12 months with a £4K monthly threshold
