About the Role

We're looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, market mapping, events, and client meetings.
  • Manage full recruitment processes with clients – from terms negotiation to placement – delivering a consistent, high-quality experience.
  • Build long-term, consultative relationships with clients and position yourself as a trusted partner.
  • Upsell and cross-sell across Harnham’s verticals and services.
  • Work closely with junior consultants to support their client development and attend meetings where necessary.
  • Maintain all client activity and notes in Bullhorn to ensure data quality and pipeline accuracy.

Candidate-Focused: Sourcing, Attraction & Management

  • Use multiple sourcing methods (headhunting, LinkedIn, referrals, internal databases, networking) to find top talent across your vertical.
  • Screen and assess candidates for both technical and cultural fit, with full consideration of D&I and right-to-work policies.
  • Own the candidate journey end-to-end, providing a professional, supportive, and responsive experience.
  • Manage the offer and onboarding process to ensure smooth placements.
  • Keep Bullhorn updated with detailed, accurate candidate data to track pipeline health and workflow efficiency.
