About the role

• Contract: Fixed-term 13 months
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
• Work arrangement: Hybrid working
• Salary: Up to £25.5k plus commission

What you'll be doing

• Interviewing: Coordinating and conducting interviews to maximize candidate availability and quality.
• Sales/Business Development: Following up leads through cold calling, emails, and in-person visits.
• Relationship Building: Developing long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
• Conducting Sales Meetings: Meeting clients to showcase services and discuss their needs.
• Matching: Aligning candidates’ skills with roles.
• Advertising: Posting jobs on various boards and portals.
• Candidate Attraction: Using sourcing methods like LinkedIn and job boards.
• Candidate Care: Maintaining contact with candidates.
• Audit: Ensuring all compliance information is maintained.
• Communication: Handling queries via phone and email.

About you

No recruitment experience is necessary. We seek someone with grit, determination, confidence in phone and face-to-face interactions, and a proactive approach to bringing in new clients and securing roles. Our training will support your success.
