Join a female-led recruitment and executive search firm specialising in leadership consulting across Finance and Technology. You’ll partner directly with the leaders of private equity and venture capital–backed organisations, helping them scale by building out their executive teams. All projects are retained mandates, giving you the opportunity to work on high-impact, global assignments.

  • Outstanding academic record (Top 20 University)
  • Sales experience or exposure

  • Confident conversing with high-profile stakeholders
  • Demonstrable high achievement in competitive environments (e.g., sports)
  • Phone-based or in-person sales experience is desirable, but non-essential
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Commercial or sales experience
