Overview

Recruitment Consultant We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our team on a part-time basis (25 hours per week, with potential to increase depending on workload). This role offers hybrid working with flexibility to work from home.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
• Write and post job adverts
• Screen, interview, and place candidates
• Build strong relationships with clients and candidates

What we’re looking for

• Recruitment, sales, or customer service experience (preferred)
• Strong communication and organisation skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
