Recruitment Consultant –

StaffCo are looking for a recruitment consultant to work in our Worcester branch to cover maternity leave.

The role will involve recruiting professional drivers to meet our client's requirements.

Using a variety of recruitment methods, shortlisting and interviewing you will enjoy talking to people and gaining an understanding of their abilities, skills and suitability for the role.

You will make sure all of our candidates meet the necessary compliance requirements whilst managing and maintaining our CRM system to the required standard.

You will also liaise with clients to ensure their requirements are met. Due to the nature of our clients business there will be some on call involved.

Working for StaffCo in Worcester you will work alongside an experienced manager who has a proven track record of developing recruitment professionals. So if you are looking to develop experience in both the recruitment and logistics industry this could be the role for you.

Our office is based in the centre if Worcester and the role offers an attractive salary with commission after a qualifying period.
