Due to continued growth and a strong demand from our clients, we're excited to be expanding our team!
We are currently looking for a Consultant to join our busy and friendly team in the Kirkby office .
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to build a career in recruitment.
What youll be doing:
Winning new clients by making cold calls to potential clients
Sourcing candidates across a range of roles
Managing job boards, CV databases, and social media
Screening applicants and arranging interviews
Helping place the right people in the right roles
What were looking for:
Someone proactive, organised, and people-focused
Strong communication skills
Confidence to make sales calls
Experience in a recruitment or admin role is a bonus, but not essential
Based in our Kirby office
