We’re looking for an organised and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to support our busy hiring team over the next 6–9 months. As our organisation continues to expand and invest in new talent to meet growing demand, this role will be key in keeping our recruitment process running smoothly — from scheduling interviews to managing candidate communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews across multiple teams
- Conduct preliminary telephone screenings with applicants
- Keep our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) accurate and up to date
- Communicate professionally with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a positive experience
- Provide administrative support across the recruitment cycle
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Previous experience working in recruitment or hiring support
- Strong computer skills and experience of working on Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised, detail-driven, and comfortable managing competing priorities
- A team player who can also work independently and proactively
