Role: Recruitment Coordinator (South Region) - Malmaison, Hotel Du Vin

Location: Field Based - London / South of England

We’re looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join us and play a key role in supporting our Recruitment department. Working as part of a small and close-knit team, you’ll be playing a key role in supporting our hotel management teams to source amazing people to join our properties. You will be responsible for supporting your region with the screening of CVs and candidates, posting job adverts, generating offers and contracts, and managing the day-to-day recruitment administration that’s required, ensuring at all times that our recruitment practices are efficient and legally compliant, with a focus on ensuring the best possible candidate experience. This role isn’t just about the administration of the recruitment journey; you will be liaising daily with the hotels in your region, supporting with Recruitment Events and Job Fairs, and sharing best practice with the Hiring Managers on property to ensure a smooth and efficient candidate journey.

Responsibilities

  • Screen CVs and candidates in your region
  • Post job adverts and generate offers and contracts
  • Manage day-to-day recruitment administration, ensuring efficiency and legal compliance
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience
  • Collaborate with hotel management teams and Hiring Managers
  • Support Recruitment Events and Job Fairs
  • Share best practices with Hiring Managers on property

What we’re looking for

  • Previous experience within the hospitality or recruitment industry
  • Experience in a Recruitment role in a multi-site national company is desirable
  • Experience with systems including Eploy (ATS) and Fourth Hospitality would be beneficial
  • Engaging, charismatic and down to earth personality
  • Highly organised and efficient work style
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team and prioritise tasks
  • Ability to analyse information and provide reports
  • Good written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Sound problem solving and decision-making capability under pressure
  • Ability to work independently and manage own workload
  • Ability to establish successful working relationships within a diverse operation
  • Driven and self-motivated; resilient and persistent
  • Willingness to travel weekly to London head office and hotels across the South of the country
