Location: This role will be based from our Head Office in Hemel Hempstead with hybrid working opportunities.

What you will be up to

This role sits within the recruitment team and the overall HR department. As a Recruitment Coordinator you will be supporting the Onboarding function with processing all offers (sending contracts and offer packs), submitting vetting and Right to Work checks, saving down new starter paperwork and keeping managers informed of their acceptance to the offer, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new starters. This role is an administrative role which is fast paced with high volumes and is critical to the success of our business. This role is an ideal opportunity for someone who is either starting their career in HR or comes from a HR or administrative background.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate a pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK. Documentary evidence will be required.
