What will I be bringing to life in this role?

We are seeking a proactive and determined Recruitment and Retention Co-ordinator to join our People & Culture team. This role is critical to bringing in talent, streamlining recruitment processes, and implementing initiatives that foster a positive, high-retention work environment. The ideal candidate is both people and data focused, bringing a passion for culture, diversity, and long-term employee engagement. This role will be expected to be in the MK office at least two days a week (Monday and Wednesday).
