We are now looking for a Recruitment Partner with strong industrial, manufacturing or production recruitment experience (agency or in-house) to take ownership of hiring across our fast-paced factory and production environments.

The Role As our Recruitment Partner – Industrial & Manufacturing , you will manage end-to-end recruitment for a wide range of high-volume roles across our national manufacturing sites, including: Production & machine operatives Assemblers & fabricators Warehouse & logistics teams Quality, technical and support roles Supervisors and shift leadership roles You'll work closely with factory managers, HR and operational leaders to deliver effective hiring solutions, improve attraction methods, and build strong talent pipelines that keep our manufacturing operations running smoothly.
